Ok..
I have ( ater install ) plugins in directory
KDEDIR/lib/kdestudio/plugins/myplugins.so

PluginManager must see all files in this directory and do him .....
And I need this directory name for :
QDir pluginsDir( ???? - name this directory )
and works with pluginsDir longe...
