I think that's a little off-base.  To associate bad Open Source practices
with Windows-based companies in particular is a little nieve (as is
probably my spelling of that word)... We should continue to expound on
public forums like this list (or I guess rather the licensing list) about
how it should be done, and chastise, and bring those who would participate
around, rather than make such blanket statements.
