FYI:

If you have noticed that a program that uses the KDialogBase
class gets a SIGSEGV on exit, then you should know that this is a known bug. 
I am working on a solution. The reason is that kdialogbase defines an atexit()
handler which deletes a static object. This must not happen after KApplication 
is gone.

The KDialogBase is used in the "About KDE" dialog box and in other
widgets.
