Update KDEStudio site:

- add module "Bookmark", "GlobalBookmark"
- add make command "distclean", "uninstall"
- the back/forward button now work
- the switch header/source submenu now work
- if file is modify - the his name in tabbar is highlight.
- allow changge same color in Options/Studio Setup ( error text color, find
text color ...)
- Mailing list
