You can have a look at  http://home.sol.no~/espensa/aboutkde/ 
to see how things will look like in  KDE-2 (more or less ;) at least for the
main "About KDE" dialog box.

The urls can still not be dragged, but that should be possible to fix.
with some enhancements in the QTextBowser widget.
