  Well, I can tell you what's causing it - either a qwidget or qpixmap
is somehow being given drawing commands using the mechanism for
external paint devices such as QPicture, or someone's created a subclass
of QPaintDevice but not written QPaintDevice::cmd, or someone's somehow
created a QPaintDevice, which you're not supposed to do :)
The warning is coming from QPaintDevice::cmd, which isn't supposed
ever to be called.
