What do you mean?  Will KDE support enlightenment themes?  Or will KDE be
able to look like that?

If it's the former, then I dunno.  Maybe.  It all depends if somebody
writes the compatability filters.  If it's the latter, then yes, of course.
KDE will be able to look like anything you want.
