ktop does this nicely. But maybe the "taskmonitor" (Ctrl-Esc) should have
a "Terminate"-button, too?

Now to the bug in the subject: DON'T try to use Ctrl-Esc with a current
KDE! If you open it once, everything is ok, close it and open it again ->
kwm hangs.
