Hi there,

I was wondering if there was a way of finding out, programmatically,
what the screen dimensions are (i.e. 800x640, 1280x1024, etc.). I am
looking for a simple function call. I know I can do it by calling
xwininfo, sending the output to a temporary file and parsing it but it
seems like there should be a simpler way.
