I noticed that some of the buttons in the default kpanelrc don't
appear.  I tried tracking it down, but started getting lost. :)

Anyway, starting at the kcalc reference in kpanelrc, searchItem() calls
return back that this and the rest of the icons in the Buttons= line do
not exist, when they do.  So, only about half the icons appear.

Anyone else more familiar with kpanel code?
