I cannot quite remember if someone suggested that we lool the OmniORB from
the AT&T Labratories in Cambridge. It is certified corba 2.1 compliant and
from some reports up to 3 to 5 times faster than mico. It is written in c++
and has bindings for some other languages additionally it is under the LGPL.
