true, but you don't always hunt for bugs in every piece of code. When
coding and testing stuff, I use -Wall, but when just compiling new
versions of something, -W saves a lot of time.

-Wno-return-type also saves a lot of time, if you don't want to dump
_all_ warnings, as Sven suggested some time ago.
