Hi,

I have an - not important - but boring problem with netscape and kwm:

The following page

	http://www.studentenwerk.mhn.de/start-de.html

shows tiny horizontal lines (of one pixel) between the frames if an only if
the middle frame has a scroll bar. This is with kde 1.1 under a actual
debian 2.1 and a SuSE 6.1 (kde 1.1.1 ?).

These lines are not there with other windowmanagers.

They are there with kwm under every system we have (and they differ a lot,
especially they have different grafic boards).
