For some unknown reason, tooltips are not displayed on kpanel items.

A couple of weeks ago I have added QTooltip::remove() calls before of
QTooltip::add() calls, but it was working correctly with Qt2.0beta2.
I suspect that something went wrong updating to Qt2.0. 

Can anyone investigate, please?
