Don't try KDE-1.1.2 (? it's not released yet) with Qt-2.0. It's not
supposed to work.

Only KDE-2.0 will work with Qt-2.0

However, this indicates that you try to compile KDE-HEAD (from the CVS) or
KOffice. In this case, compile mico without the stl, as Matthias Elter
said.
