What yor program's GUI is written in?

You can:

1) write only the UI in C++, reuse the rest of your ObjC code and
mix-compile.

2) keep your original code and only make sure you comply to KDE's
uniformity style norms: UI, SM, FSSTD etc.

P.S. There are no ObjC bindings to Qt/KDElibs to my knowledge
