It's actually quite trivial to do. You need to reimplement
QListViewItem::paintCell, but it's not really a huge chunk of code.

Besides, if your application requires specific kinds of drawing it may
even be faster than the QListViewItem generic implementation :-)

For example, a QListView that does no graphics.
