There seem to be inconsistent info in the two KDE style guides

  The KDE Style Guide
    <URL:http://developer.kde.org/kdestd/www/kde-style.html>
  The KDE Style Book
    <URL:http://www.kde.org/style_book/style-book.html>

This particular problem is the use of "...". Applications use both
"About..." and "About ...", with and without appended space before
"...".

The first style guide does not mention how this type of menu entries
should look but has used "About..." consistently in the menu-pictures.

The second document uses the other form, but only says this about the
menues:

  For the menu entries use an ellipsis (...) to indicate that the
  action opens a dialog.

I suggest that the documents are changed to specify " ..." or "..." as
the correct trailing string, and that all programs are changed to use
this standard.

It will simplify translation, as lots of strings to translate will
disappear. There are 85 strings containing " ..." and 585 strings
using "...".
