Most of the bloat is optional.  There are only a few UI parts that would
really need to be handled in konqueror.  The majority of the bits that
would be used (displaying icons, etc, etc, most of the context menus) are
already in use for local file systems.  This leave the ioslave which could
handily be deleted if you so desired.  I'm starting to think that perhaps
these different "filesystems" should be put in their own module, and only
the most basic ones (www, ftp, and file) left in kdebase.
