Del <del@babel.com.au> contacted me about it, since he is
"the author of a package called tkCVS, which is a graphical
(Tk/Tcl) based interface to CVS".

He said he would really like to integrate it into kfm (which now is
konqueror), but I'm not sure this is a good idea since a 
cvs frontend is much more than a filemanager - however
the design of konqueror allows to create anything
using icons to represent files very easily.
libkonq helps a lot with this.

Please get in touch with him on that matter.
