Hi!

While trying to transvers from kde_*dir to KStandardDirs
I found that there is a deep mix between toolbar vs. normal
icons in KIconLoader. 

ICON() looks for _both_ in kde_toolbar and in kde_icondir.
This is definitly the wrong way. ICON should look only in
kde_toolbar (even though the names are misleading ;) and
loadApplicationIcon should only look in kde_icondir.

Does anyone object if I change it on the way to dirs heaven? ;)
