Well, so we use $KDEDIR/etc and let everyone who wants to ln -s
/usr/etc/*
to /etc :)

The new kstddirs is already written (whenever Taj and me puts our heads
together something wild comes out of it ;) and it will allow the most
flexible way to acccess files you can imagine. I just have to sort out
some conditions and let you know later.

But I definitly aim at _beeing able_ to install into /usr, complete
Linux standard is the task of the distributors, not the package. If
KDE installs the same as xemacs, it's fine with me ;)
