Hi!

Rikkus asked for --enable-final and I thought
about how to do it right. And today I rewrote
50% of am_edit to make this possible (in fact
making it possible fascinated me more than 
using it actually :)

Even though it's cool - I wouldn't bet on the
fact if it will work in 2.0 time as doing this
breaks a lot of code and I'm not going to fix it.

But to motivate some of you, here are some numbers:

compiled kpager without final:
binary size: 1458828
real    1m5.410s
user    0m37.260s
sys     0m4.740s

compiled with final:
binary size:  612223
real    0m27.103s
user    0m10.830s
sys     0m1.660s

If you want to fix your app, be sure that each header
is protected against doubled inclusion. And then you have
to add in each file including X11 headers somehow qdir.h
before the X11 headers as qdir.h breaks when parsed after
X11.
