They were all made with a very specific reason. The question is
if they are still needed.

These have been made because the Q-classes only ranged to 32768
this proved to be a problem in some cases e.g. large web-pages.
(most notably on the web-page which contains the the HTML 3 
specification :-)

Qt2.0 may have extended this range in which case they have become
obsolete. In that case you can either remove them or place them
in a compatibility lib, don't forget to update the KDE2UPGRADE
document in CVS.

I believe Reginald uses them in Koffice as well, so you might want
to check with him as well.
