Icons, just as code and large images are covered by copyright. Unless
you 
have permission from the copyright holder (e.g. they are part of a
GPL'ed
program cq. you asked and got explicit permission) you can NOT copy
icons
from other applications.

You can of course draw a very similar floppy disk yourself.
