Good idea, I suggest something like KConfig::OpenLocal()/CloseLocal()
and KConfig::OpenGlobal()/CloseGlobal() (the .kderc file). By default,
the KConfig should be in the state "open" after construction for
backward compatibility, but user should be allowed to close the object
to save memory.
