I think it does. The screensaver will only be swapped out if the kernel
really
_NEEDS_ memory: it will probably not start swapping to get some memory
for
file-buffers/caching. However, if the screensaver would not be in memory
in the
first place, this memory WOULD be used for file-buffers/caching.
