This is a rather random idea I just had, and applies to a large number
of programs, although it is probably most relevant to Koffice.

There should be an option to have a document/file base program (like
kword, kspread, kedit, klyx - those where the user is editing a file)
keep two copies. Meaning, if I go to file - save it will save both to
/home/user/document and to /floppy/document, or whichever two the user
wants. This way we can all really follow through with the idea of
always keeping a backup. How many times have you seen people loose
files and everyone says make a backup, but it is a real pain to keep a
backup and there aren't many very good tools to help. I guess this is
similar to a lot of emergency backup type things, but those aren't user
specified and don't help in the case of disk failure or stupidity of
users deleting files accidentally.
