Really? 

When I modified it, I can see Korean strings that is passed by i18n().
but I think, it isn't good idea that all of strings that is displayed 
in screen need to be passed by i18n(). is it?

Yeah, but the problem isn't only in filename. for example, I need to 
fix kwm also to display CJK characters in title bar. :)

If QString were convert it well, I don't need to fix all of it.

If there isn't any team for CJK, I want to do it... In Korea, I used a 
local patched version of qt-1.4x to display and to type Korean characters.  
I think that it(local patching) isn't good idea. :)
