Ok, I've uploaded a new version of the animated menu stuff.

What's changed:
* stability improved
* different effects for menus from QMenuBar and from stand-alone popupmenus
* some effects changed and improved
* works with Qt 2.0 and Qt 1.4 (though the configure scripts are only for Qt
1.4)
* speed is now less CPU dependent (but unfortunatly now uses 100% CPU time :-(
* alphablending is unfortunatly still a bit broken
* effects are now both for opening and closing menus
