Not clear what is ment. Konsole has had a debian.kdelnk in earlier days.
To the best of my knowledge it is not in the cvs since month. If you're refering
to this one it is most probably a leftover from an earlier installation of your's.

Right. kcmconsole is work in process (and has a very low priority), so it is best
droped from a polished distribution as you indicate.
