Hi!

kappfinder is way too inflexible IMO. Basicly it's a good
thing, but the fact that it runs in between "make install" 
makes it inflexible and I always have to fight with it
to get it to work with my flexible Makefiles ;)

And something I don't know: is it possible to suppress
kdelnk files, that the kappfinder run of root created
while he installed KDE? It may be that some applications
have been removed til then.

I would more like to see a kmenuedit extension that checks
for the things kappfinder does and also keeps track of it.
kappfinder is just a test && copy.
