  I doubt it does already, since gtk doesn't use X resources.
It might be a goold plan to integrate the two somehow - they do seem
to logically belong togther.

  I have, it's buggered up Emacs and (IIRC) also changed the size of my xterms.
It needs to respect ~/.Xdefaults ;) Of course it might do so by now,
I've not looked since KDE 1.1.
