It would be cool for .kdelnk files to support environment variables.
If I put the above in the Execute line of a .kdelnk file, and I get 
"Could not execute program LANG=de"  Does one have to create an
explicit script just to set a variable?  Seems silly.
I'd like a .kdelnk property that allows setting of arbitrary
environment variables, for things like...

	MOZILLA_HOME=/opt/netscape-37/lib
or 
	TZ=ESD5EDT  (I normally run in GMT0)
