could it be a mechanism similar to context-sensitive-help? i.e. if you
reach context-sensitive help to a menu-entry via rmb, you could
configure it also via rmb? or if you habe to switch mode with e.g. a
toolbar-button to get help, you could also have a toolbar-button for
configuring?
