It is my understanding that it is time to put unstable stuff in the default 
branch of the CVS tree.

Since kpanel2 is a replacement for kpanel, can I remove kdebase/kpanel and
replace it with kpanel2, renaming this one to kpanel?
Is it dangerous for future branch merging?

If it is possible, I can avoid people working on the current kdebase/kpanel,
as it will be replaced with kpanel2.
