QMovie scrambles it.

Two bugs make offset interlaced transparent frames fail.  It's a silly format
to use - interlacing improves the apparent incremental display, and
transparency reduces the file size.  With the semantics indicated by this
image, transparent frames cannot be displayed incrementally.

Anyway, the only reasonable fix requires a re-write of some of the GIF loading
code, so it will take some time.
