This is completely true.
I agree.
The question that remains is : do we add the 'if no / and no : then prepend
http://' patch.
Can somebody find a case where this would break something ?
If not, I guess I could commit it...
(I remember my girlfriend moaning about this damn web browser not
understanding what is 'altavista'. OK this patch doesn't fix it, it would
work only with 'altavista.com')
