Subject:    developer.kde.org is still down....

developer.kde.org can be pinged, but the web site hasn't been up for about
24 hours.  To make sure it wasn't just my ISP, I telneted to another
computer on the other side of the USA and tried lynx there--no luck.  Can
something be done to fix this?  It's very inconvenient.  Thanks
