Hi Coolo,

could you please post a short descriptions that

- describes how to use closebug and fixbug (you wrote that they take
four arguments, but not what those arguments are...)
- describes if there is any special procedure to follow if a bug has
been assigned to the wrong module (I would assume: cvs remove the old
name, mv to the new name, cvs add the new name)#
