Anyways, I just commited some framework that implements one of the only
features of MSIE that I like.. That middle button scroll blob thingy.  I
really wanted to get this commited before 1.1 gets released so it's still
somewhat half-baked.

The actual code that does anything is in khtmlw/html.cpp and ifdef'd out
for the time being.  All it needs to be somewhat functional is a few
cursors, some code to adjust its speed would be secondary.  I ended up
adding a virtual function, so, yeah, this is (I think) binary
incompatable.
