Hi all...
I'm having a few problems compiling up the latest kdelibs from CVS under
Solaris 2.5.1. I'm using egcs-2.90.29 980515 (egcs-1.0.3 release), Qt-1.41.
Qt was compiled using egcs (I've done all the relevent sanity checks
to make sure I'm compiling everything with egcs, which is the same version
I've been using for KDE since June ...)
It was working fine about three weeks ago. Kdesupport compiles up fine.
I get a huge string of errors that ends with:
istdiostream type_info function 0x14 /usr/local/egcs/lib/libstdc++.a(stdiostream.o)
ios::sync_with_stdio(int) 0xbf8 /usr/local/egcs/lib/libstdc++.a(streambuf.o)
_IO_default_finish 0x12c /usr/local/egcs/lib/libstdc++.a(fileops.o)
_IO_default_finish 0x2c0 /usr/local/egcs/lib/libstdc++.a(streambuf.o)
ld: fatal: relocations remain against allocatable but non-writable sections
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [libkdecore.la] Error 1

make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/export/spare/paul/kde/kdelibs'
make: *** [all-recursive-am] Error 2
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Paul.
