Subject:    lower right resize cursor bug revisited

For some time I have been blessed with the lower right resize cursor bug. It
appears after changing desktop using ctrl-Fx or the kpanel buttons. It
doesn't seem to appear using kpager (but it froze and started grabbing all
memory).

Did we find out what triggered this bug last time?
