Hi,

I think such an application at the EC would make a lot of sense. In
fact, we once talked about it, but noone went ahead, probably because
noone had any experience with the proceedings.

If you know how to start such a project (how to write the application
and the like), please go ahead! I am sure you will get every support on
this list.
