Hi

Is there any reason for http://www.kde.org/bulletin/index.html to have
absolute URLs? I have no direct connection, therefor I update the www module
to be able to browse locally and its annoying that I cannot directly browse
the bulletins.
If noone objects I will change it to relative URLs.
