qcolor.cpp compiles here OK..
but :

g++ -c -I/usr/local/qt/include -O2 -fno-strength-reduce -o qdragapp.o
qdragapp.cpp
qdragapp.moc: In method `void QDragger::initMetaObject()':
In file included from qdragapp.cpp:499:
qdragapp.moc:60: Internal compiler error 980331.

and when i start a example wich was compiled OK.. it gives a
Segmentation fault

and gdb (No Debug on):

(gdb) bt
#0  0x3a08e0 in ?? ()
#1  0x1555587ad38 in QCursor::QCursor ()
#2  0x1555587ad38 in QCursor::QCursor ()
Cannot access memory at address 0xd0.

so.. your patch is no help ;-(
