Because then I'd get stuck with the email address yannai.gonczarowski@kde.org

I'm sure I'm not the only developer with a long surname.

I think that there shouldn't be any standards, as long as the person can be
identified from the email address (No "DeathMaster" or that kind of stuff,
though).
