Hi,

I have just released KXicq 0.2.3b2 with a lot of bug fixes and new
features:

* Talk function ( Sends MSG without every time reply them ;-) )
* new MSG reading buttons ( first, last, next unread, prev unread ) and
  MSG counting.
* send MSG to users not in contact list
* beter icons ( beter color maps ;-) )

I still only develop KXicq for KDE beta 4 or higher and QT 1.30 of higher 
( not 1.4 !!! )
