Ok, I fixed that. And I added opaque moving which is disabled by
default, since I still don't like it (I mean I don't like the way it
works). It is harmless and works without any Xserver-loicking.

You can try opaque moving if you add an entry to your .kderc under
group "Toolbar style":

[Toolbar style]
IconText=0
Highlighting=1
Size=26
TransparentMoving=off   // <- on by default

It (opaque moving) doesn't seem perfect yet. Transparent works better.
