NONONONO, it's not. There are lots of other applications out there, besides
those in the distribution. Some of them (at least mine - kdbg) are affected!!!!

Grrrrrrrrrr. Yes, I know. I could also feel free to reinvent the wheel......

This is wrong design.

Make a generally working KTopLevelWidget that glues things together without
making too many assumptions - the original KTW did this quite well. Then derive
a new class, KEasyToUseTopLevelWidget, which is easy to use.
